This little painting was done a few years ago when recycling was being introduced by requiring deposits on soft drink and beer containers. To show the destructive impact human trash has on our natural ecology, I painted this little corner of nature, a little hideaway where two frogs can enjoy the afternoon sun.. But even here man's indifference has an impact. I wanted this painting to remind us all that without consciously demonstrating both our concern and care for the natural environment, there would be no future natural beauty.
